The family business, led today by Cristina Minari, was founded in 1996 with the first plant, to which others were added starting from 2000, thanks to the advice of the then consultant Giacomo Tachis who understood the great viticultural vocation of the company . It currently consists of 12 hectares in the south-eastern portion of the denomination mainly in Sangiovese and a small portion of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.

The company is located on the side that overlooks Mount Amiata and faces the Val d'Orcia to the East, and then faces the South side up to the West. Thanks to its specific geographical position, the climate is generally mild and well ventilated with a high number of clear days during the vegetative phase: all this guarantees excellent conditions for a perfect health condition of the plants.
