It is from a small vineyard in Solicchiata, on the northern slopes of Etna, that the history of the Sofia Agricultural Company begins. It is here that Gioacchino Sofia, with the help of his children Carmelo and Valentina, dedicates himself with dedication and passion to the cultivation of vines, progressively expanding the family business with the acquisition of new land up to the current 3 hectares.

The volcanic composition of the soil, combined with the use of organic and low-impact methods, give the wines of the Sofia Agricultural Company unique characteristics, in a combination of freshness, minerality and power.
