Villa Diamante is a three-hectare winery just in Montefredane, a favorite place for growing the Fiano grape. Antoine Gaità was one of the best interpreters of this vine. Having passed away at just 60 years of age, he leaves behind a legacy as a true winemaker, the one who first began to treat Fiano with white gloves. First wood but then only steel, rest on the lees, interventions reduced to a minimum both in the vineyard and in the cellar. A traditional work based on the belief in the relationship between the winemaker and the vineyard because Antoine was one of those firmly convinced that the only way to taste the land is to drink wine.
