The sparkling wine house was founded in 2011 in Acqui Terme, in the province of Alessandria, an area famous throughout the world for Italian sparkling wine. Cuvée and Perlage are the two key terms in the production of sparkling wine, Cuvage is born from their liaison. Proud of its Piedmontese origins, Cuvage focuses on native vines such as Nebbiolo and Cortese, combined with classic international vines. Cuvage was created to emphasize a unique terroir, and enhance the territory of origin of quality Italian sparkling wines.
